Value-Added Services:
We use USDOT specification shipping containers and packaging material suitable for hazardous wastes We will pack all lab-pack wastes, when requested Work is done in compliance with 49 CFR We bear all costs associated with marking and labeling containers We provide and affix the appropriate placards to the vehicle prior to departing the job site.

We provide our customers with all appropriate transportation documents, including the uniform hazardous or non-hazardous waste manifest, land disposal restriction form, lab packing slip, and labels for each container, all at no additional charge.
 
If E.E.F.I. needs to repackage wastes due to its improper packaging by the customer (on-site) we will obtain prior approval before performing the repackaging when additional charges related to materials and labor are chargeable.  We will not seek prior approval when the appearance of heat, leakage, fuming, etc. presents a threat to personnel or to the environment.

We Respect Our Environment
Waste streams are transported to fully permitted facilities across the eastern seaboard for final disposition.  E.E.F.I. is fully compliant with D.O.H., E.P.A., OSHA, and D.O.T regulations at all times. 

Waste Disposal Methodologies
Disposal of waste is hierarchical as allowed by law, to include recycling or treatment, autoclaving, reprocessing, fuel blending, RCRA incineration, pre-treatment and land filling except where prohibited.
