Environmental Enterprises of Florida, Inc. (E.E.F.I.) is a full-service waste management company founded in 1989. E.E.F.I. is incorporated in the state of Ohio and licensed in the state of Florida and specializes in the transportation and disposal of hazardous and nonhazardous waste materials generated by industries, and city, county or other governmental agencies.
E.E.F.I. facilitates efficient and timely transportation of each generator's waste materials via its own fleet of box vans, tankers, dump trailers and roll-off boxes. E.E.F.I. takes great pride in owning and operating one of the finest turbo-vac trucks in the industry.
E.E.F.I. has offices conveniently located in Orlando, Florida and Conley, Georgia that are staffed by knowledgeable, professional and properly trained personnel. Their staff ensure quality service to all its customers, which consists of approximately 25% of Fortune 500 companies.
Since its inception, E.E.F.I. has remained in complete compliance with the state of Florida under Charter #P30848 and has been in accordance with all applicable county, state and federal regulations. Licensed to transport waste material in over 20 states, E.E.F.I. has maintained an excellent record and a highly rated status with the Department of Transportation (DOT). E.E.F.I. strongly encourages and supports a drug and alcohol free work place, as protection of the environment takes priority far above and beyond the call of duty for E.E.F.I., and their services are offered voluntarily to neighboring communities to perpetuate this awareness.
An example of this effort is E.E.F.I.'s participation in Earth Day and the St. John's River Clean Up in Orlando, Florida, each year. On Earth Day, E.E.F.I. has the opportunity to educate the city's children, adults and educators about the environment, how different types of waste are created and how E.E.F.I. helps to clean it up. Reading material, posters, souvenirs and other great information are available to everyone. And the St. John's River Clean Up allows for hands-on participation. Together with the residents of Orlando, a tremendous effort is exerted to clean up St. John's River and its surrounding area. Loads of debris are collected and disposed of, restoring and preserving a clean, healthy and safe environment. E.E.F.I. is proud to be a part of these events that create a wonderful and necessary sense of community and responsibility.
